We aim to make your tool hire experience easy, secure, and professional. Whether you’re a first-time hirer or a returning customer, we’ve put a few measures in place to protect both you and us from potential misuse or fraud.

How to Get Started 

To Open a Hire Account, Please Provide:

This step helps us verify that the ID belongs to you and adds an extra layer of protection for your profile. It ensures that your hire account remains secure, and that all equipment is returned responsibly and in good condition.

Once You're Verified

Once we’ve received and reviewed your documents, you’ll be able to hire from us with ease. Our team is here to assist every step of the way—from choosing the right tool for the job to offering advice on safe and effective use.

And things you should know

If we deliver tools to you, you must call us to arrange collection. We do not collect automatically.

Our machines are not insured. If a tool is lost, stolen, or not returned, the full replacement cost is payable by you.

Please make sure you know how to operate the tools safely. If you’re unsure, just ask—we’re here to help. Always follow the relevant safety guidelines for your task.

Hire is billed for time out, not time used.

Minimum hire: 1 day (24 hours)
Scaffold: Charged weekly
All other tools: Charged daily

Tools must be returned clean. For example, if you paint on a ladder, a cleaning fee will apply.

Any damage due to negligence will be charged separately.

Any unused consumables may be returned for a full refund.

  • If you paid cash, we refund in cash
  • If you paid by card, we refund to the same card (no refunds to debit cards). Please allow up to 10 working days for card refunds to reflect.

Weekend hire runs from 2pm Friday to 9am Monday = 1 day charge. Late returns on Monday are billed as 2 days.

How our pricing works:

  • The first day is charged at our standard rate as per price list
  • Extra days are usually charged at a reduced rate
  • Deposits are due on all tools

Deposits are required on all tools for any breakages or additional days hire. If you pay by cash, you will be refunded in cash which greatly simplifies the refund process. All Card and EFT refunds can take between 5 to 10 days depending on the day of the week, public holidays and bank processes.
