Instructions and operation tips
- Brick rollers are used with plate compactors to roll paving to a compact smooth finish. Used with the plate compactor for a professional finish to brick paving. Rollers and mats available.
- A roller attachment for fixed engagement to any of a variety of conventional vibrator compactors to convert same into a vibrator roller device, the roller attachment including a generally rectangular bottom frame portion defining a generally rectangular central opening in which a plurality of spaced apart parallel rollers are rotatably carried; a top frame portion, fixed to the bottom frame portion, is configurated to receive the operating plate portion, of a conventional vibrator compactor, which is aligned with and bolted to the top frame, and removable rubber tubular treads are provided for the rollers

Instructions and operation tips
- tighten bottom nut first then lock nut.
- make sure all 4 nuts are properly tightened with a 24mm spanner
Tighten bottom nut first and then the lock nut. Make sure all 4 nuts are properly tightenedwith 24 mm spanner. No jagged edges or sharp objects to be compacted, only for flat paving bricks. Don't over compact. The resistance of compacting on a hard surface causes damage on rubberrollers. Do not try to squash or flatten uneven paving - the machine is not designed to rectify a pavers poor workmanship
- If we deliver you must phone for collection please - we do not automatically collect.
- Machines are not insured, if not returned you will need to pay for the full replacement.
- Make sure you know how to use the tools. Ask if you need help, our friendly staff will assist. Also, make sure of safety requirements.
- Hires are charged for time out – not time used. Minimum 1 day (1 day = 24 hrs)
- Scaffold is charged weekly, all other tools daily.
- Tools must be returned Clean please. e.g., if you paint onto a ladder, we charge for cleaning.
- Negligent damages get charged separately.
- Consumables not used, may be returned for refund.
- Only use heavy-duty extension leads, not thin household leads.
- If you pay by cash we can refund in cash, if you pay by card we refund onto the card. (we can't refund onto debit cards) - Card refunds can take up to 10 days.
- Weekend hire starts after 2 pm Friday until 9 am Monday = 1day charge. ( Sundays are free) If you are late on Monday it is for 2 days.
- If you keep machines for a long time we can give you a better rate, discuss with your hire controller in store.
