Any damage to the welding cables, electrode holder or earth clamp will be charged to the client.
Make sure terminals are clean and tight (Loose connections may damage the machine or cause fire).
Flammable and toxic materials should be removed from the vicinity.  
Be sure to wear protective gear as ultra-violet rays, sparks and gasses are emitted during welding.  
Allow 5 minute cooling period after 10 minutes use.  
Do not strike the electrode onto the earth clamp a replacement fee will be charged to the client.
Only use industrial extension cable.
200 amp Petrol driven to weld mild steel. The unit comes complete with cables, earth clamp, electrode holder and helmet.
This is a 60% duty cycle machine which means that the machine cannot weld continuously for more than 60% of the time in 1 minute
The machine cannot weld and generate power at the same time.
Recommendations
When starting – advance the pull start to compression stroke before pulling to start or you will break the pull start which will be an additional R850.00 cost to the client.  
To avoid engine flooding, always close petrol tap when switching engine off.  
Check oil every 2 hours.  
If The machine is used 6min out of every 10min and then should be left to cool for 4 minutes.

This machine uses 95 uRP (green ) petrol only.  
Make sure the output Kva is Sufficient for that particular job when used as a generator
