Engine Stand
- The Engine Stand 900KG is a robust and versatile tool designed for busy garages and automotive workshops. Its durable construction and adaptable design make it essential for anyone working on engine repairs or maintenance.
Key Features:
- High-Grade Steel Construction: Built from high-grade steel, this engine stand is designed to meet exacting standards of quality and durability, ensuring long-lasting performance under heavy use.
- Durable Finish: The stand features a lead-free paint finish applied after a thorough chemical wash. This finish not only looks great but also helps prevent rust, ensuring the stand remains in excellent condition for years to come. The paint is resistant to oil, grease, and dirt, making cleanup easy.

- Long Handle with Rubber Grips: The long handle provides excellent leverage for rotating the engine, and the rubber grips ensure a comfortable and secure hold.
- Heavy-Gauge Tubular Construction: The stand’s heavy-gauge tubular construction, combined with industrial-grade steel bearing casters, provides easy maneuverability and stability.
- Built-In Tool/Parts Tray: Keep your tools and parts organized and easily accessible with the built-in tray, designed to enhance efficiency during engine work.

Inspect the Engine Stand:
Before using the engine stand, ensure all parts are in good condition and securely attached.
Check for any signs of wear or damage on the stand, bolts, or clamps.
Ensure the wheels are properly aligned and can rotate smoothly.
Prepare the Engine:
If the engine is still attached to a vehicle, carefully remove it using an engine hoist.
Drain any fluids present, such as oil and coolant, to make handling easier and reduce the risk of spills or accidents.
Secure the Engine to the Stand:
Position the engine stand near the engine hoist.
Attach the engine stand's mounting arms to the engine's bell housing bolt holes.
Carefully lower the engine onto the stand and secure it with bolts.
Ensure the engine is balanced and stable on the stand.
Adjust the Stand’s Height:
Adjust the height of the engine stand according to your preference.
This will make it easier to rotate and work on different parts of the engine.
Use the mounting bolts provided with the stand to secure the engine to the stand.
Use Support Brackets for Larger Engines:
If working with a larger or heavier engine, use support brackets to provide additional stability.
These can be attached to the stand and provide extra support for the engine.
Rotate the Engine:
One of the main benefits of using an engine stand is the ability to rotate the engine 360 degrees.
This makes it easier to access all sides of the engine and work on different components without having to constantly move around.
Perform Maintenance or Repairs:
With the engine securely mounted and positioned, you can now perform the necessary maintenance or repairs.
Keep all tools and parts organized for reassembly.
Clean and Store the Engine Stand:
After completing your work, clean the engine stand to remove any debris, dirt, or grease.
Store the stand in a dry place to prevent rust and corrosion.
