 Application

 Instruction and operating tips:

  1. This is a 60% duty cycle machine which means that the machine cannot weld continuously for more than 60% of the time in 1 minute. By exceeding this welding time you stand the risk of overheating the alternator coil which could lead to serious damage and some serious additional cost to the client.
  2. The machine is used 6min out of every 10min and then should be left to cool for 4minutes.
  3. Any damage to the welding cables, electrode holder or earth clamp will be charged to the client
  4. Never leave the engine running and the electrodes connected-this leaves an open voltage circuit which can shock persons touching the bare wires
  5. The machine is used 6min out of every 10min and then should be left to cool for 4minutes.
  6. Flammable and toxic materials should be removed from the vicinity
  7. Be sure to wear protective gear as ultra-violet rays, sparks and gasses are emitted during welding..
